Yuan Liu serves as China Strategic Partner at Mane Law Firm, specializing in cross-border investment, international trade, and infrastructure project financing across Southeast Asia. With extensive legal experience representing major state-owned and privately owned Chinese enterprises, he has advised on complex contentious and non-contentious matters with an aggregate transaction value approaching RMB 10 billion.
His expertise spans key Southeast Asian jurisdictions—including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand—focusing on energy and renewables, mining, cross-border M&A, industrial land acquisitions, and maritime infrastructure. Notably, Mr. Liu advised Guangdong Nulite New Energy Group in establishing its strategic cooperation framework with Mane Group.
Prior to his partner role, Mr. Liu served as General Counsel for China Merchants Viking Cruises (a China Merchants Group joint venture), where he spearheaded multi-jurisdictional compliance, international vessel financing, and newbuilding project agreements valued at RMB 3.7 billion.
