A successful entrepreneur before entering legal practice, she founded Mane Hotel Collection, now recognized as one of Cambodia’s leading luxury boutique hotel brands with multiple award-winning properties in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. She is also widely respected for her expertise in hospitality development, architecture, interior design, and project management, personally conceptualizing the distinctive design of each hotel while integrating Cambodian heritage with contemporary luxury.
Beyond her professional achievements, Neak Oknha KEY Mane is passionate about preserving Cambodian arts and culture. She is an avid collector of antiques and fine art and actively supports social responsibility initiatives, environmental sustainability, education, and community development throughout Cambodia.
